RPPN
Villa São Romão is a unique project in terms of sustainability.
Located in the Macaé de Cima APA, it has a large area of Atlantic forest completely transformed into RPPN (Private Natural Heritage Reserve), which is a category of conservation unit created by the will of the rural owner, where the owner assumes a commitment to conservation. of nature.
In addition to preserving scenic beauties and historic environments, RPPNs increasingly assume objectives of protecting water resources, managing natural resources, developing scientific research, maintaining ecological climate balances, among many other environmental services.

ORGANIC FOODS
As the Eco Resort – Hotel Villa São Romão is located at Fazenda Santa Maria, we prioritize the use of our organic products, produced in the Hotel or region, such as: pupunha palm hearts, beans, cassava, various fruits, spices, vegetables, vegetables, eggs and so many others.
COMPOSER
We practice Selective Garbage Collection and direct organic waste to our Composter. There we produce Organic Fertilizer used in our vegetable gardens, orchards and gardens, in addition to distributing it to small producers in the region.

Most of our furniture is made with recycled wood in partnership with competent artisans.

Our employees have a direct share in Villa São Romão's billing and undergo training and professional qualification offered by Eco Resort.
