Children under 8 years old, free. From 9 to 12 years old: 20% of the price for an extra bed. Over 13 years old: 30% of the price for an extra bed.
We do not accept Early check in. Late check out, only with reception authorization. If not, another night will be charged. In case of early departure, all daily rates contracted by the guest will be charged. We accept debit and credit cards, Cielo machine compatible.
WARNING:
*Pre-bookings will only be confirmed with 50% of the daily value in deposit, made and communicated within 24 hours. After this period, if not confirmed, they will be automatically cancelled. The rest is paid at check out, and can be paid in up to 2 installments on the card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
*In case of No-Show (withdrawal):
By communicating the withdrawal up to 1 month (30 days) in advance, the down payment may be refunded in full. By communicating the withdrawal up to 15 days in advance, the return of the down payment will be 50% and the remainder will be transformed into credit valid for 6 months. By communicating the withdrawal 1 week (7 days) in advance, the down payment will be transformed into credit valid for 6 months. Withdrawals less than 72 hours (3 days) in advance will be considered No-Show, with the loss of the reservation value. These values can be changed at any time.
Eco Resort – Hotel Villa São Romão offers its guests:
Self-sustaining enterprise; Ecologically correct; with only 10 Chalets: 4 with 49.00 m² (high chalets), 4 with 38.00 m² (Garden Chalets) and 2 with 59.00 m² (Woods Chalets Hidro), all with the same maximum level of comfort; with balconies, hammocks, King Size beds, oil heaters (no fire), minibar, air conditioning, cable TV, hair dryer, hypoallergenic pillows and goose down. All our furniture is made with recycled wood by a competent artisan from Minas Gerais. We practice Selective Garbage Collection and direct organic waste to our Composter, for the production of Organic Fertilizer used in our plants, organic products and distribution to small producers in the region.
As the Eco Resort – Hotel Villa São Romão is located at Fazenda Santa Maria, we prioritize the use of our organic products such as: palm heart, beans, cassava, various fruits, spices, vegetables, eggs and many others.
We have parking and private helipad, free wireless internet access and a complete games room. Private leisure area with all activities inside the hotel, with: 2 crystalline rivers; several springs and streams; pure water sources; natural pools; waterfalls; 6,000 m² lake with kayaks, pedal boat, boat and stand up; playground; tennis, badminton, beach tennis and bocce courts; trail -river/lake 1 km; gym room; pebble footwash and running water; bar with service in all sectors; organic vegetable garden and seedling garden; natural orchid nursery in our trees; beautiful gardens with fountains and ponds.

All our equipment is professional and of great quality. Children are very welcome, but we do not have entertainers and/or caregivers, and they are under the care and responsibility of those responsible. We do not have a cell phone signal in our area, but we do provide a telephone at our reception and internet signal in all environments.
